Found this dealer through online and was very pleased with them. They make you feel welcomed and if you have questions in regards to anything, they take their time in explaining everything until you feel comfortable. i was glad to be able to find a dealer close to home that i felt comfortable with. We had an enjoyable experience purchasing a first car for our daughter. Everyone here was a pleasure to deal with and it was a very comfortable experience. Communication was easy. I came here to buy my first car and had a great experience. They didn't pressure me to do anything I didn't want to do and tried to get the best deal for me-not for their paycheck. They're a lot different from most auto shop companies by being fully transparent about everything, only selling cars with minor to no damages, offering free Secure Shield to first-time buyers, taking their time with you to explain anything you don't understand, offering you refreshments, snacks, and will even go as far as to buy you lunch which really makes you feel like family.

If you are in the market for a quality used vehicle, I highly recommend you check out Auto Fanatics! Harvey did a great job as our salesman and was not pushy in any way. He educated us about the vehicles we looked at and also told us what made Auto Fanatics different from other dealerships. Ray did an amazing job putting together a great deal for us. He got us a better interest rate than I thought possible and even worked out a car warranty to cover the vehicle. He also did a great job explaining to my daughter the details about the car and the deal she was signing. The education and extra time he spent was impressive and I recommend Ray to anyone making a first time car purchase. Lastly, Ruby was very kind and accommodating as she helped us complete all the paperwork and loan documents. She explained everything in detail and did not rush us through the process. She made it easier to understand what we were signing. Overall, this was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone else looking to make a vehicle purchase.
