The staff at Auto Fanatics are awesome!!! My husband and I were looking for a car for our teenage son. We stopped in and were treated like royalty from when we first stepped in the door. John was excellent and down to earth. He helped us choose a few cars to look at for a first time driver. Harvey was amazing and down to earth, he showed us the cars we were interested in and was very knowledgeable about telling us about them. He even went on a test drive with us. Ruby was the best, very friendly with our daughter and even ordered her pizza. She was very patient with all the questions my husband had about pricing. Ray was very thorough and helped us tremendously with the lending process. He worked his magic with the lenders and even with our extended warranty. Truly down to earth and everyone is friendly and welcoming. Most definitely 10 out of 10!!!

I'm a local business owner and we came into Auto Fanatics because they had an awesome selection of cars that were cleaner than any other dealership. When we dealt with Harvey, John and Ray we felt a level of comfort that I've never felt before when buying a car. I used to sell cars and know most of The high pressure sales and finance tactics that most dealers use.. This experience with Auto Fanatics was the most relaxed environment that you could ever ask for when making such an important decision. Harvey, Ray, and Ruby were all so very helpful! They were honest and gave me the best deal possible. It gave me a peace of mind that they don't work for commission because everything I got, I needed realistically. I drove all the way from RVA and I'd do it again! Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a no pressure buy. They also kept offering to feed me and the other guests, they're not like the rest of these dealerships I'm telling ya! I'm leaving spending a bit more than I wanted, but everything that was included in my purchase is well worth it.

So I rarely ever make reviews but this place really is top tier!!! I found a vehicle that I thought would be perfect for my boyfriend on their lot after alooot of looking. I called multiple times speaking with Ruby who was so sweet and made me feel like none of my questions were dumb questions. She was so personable asking how my day was and how she could best assist. Car buying is scary for most people, this place never made me feel any doubts. After making it there the guy who greeted us (wish I got his name) was so kind and personable making us feel so welcome and comfortable. Our salesman Harvey again made us feel so comfortable and willingly answered all of our questions. Ray the finance manager was able to get us an amazing rate and genuinely cared about our wants and didn’t want to put us into any payment we were uncomfortable with, he was never once pushy. He even offered to detail my personal vehicle like what this is AMAZING service. We were provided lunch and a box of my favorite chocolates. We walked out of there so happy and stress free. Feeling like we made forever friends. I’ve bought multiple cars in my life and my boyfriend and I can both agree that we were never treated so wonderfully. We will buy all of our vehicles here from now on and recommend them to everyone we know. Finding a business like this is actually one in a million, go buy your car from them. My wife and I had an absolutely fantastic car buying experience and foresee returning here for all our future purchases. The whole team made us feel right at home throughout the whole experience and even bought us lunch from a local restaurant. First, Harvey gave us a great walkthrough and test drive, noting the pros & cons of each car on offer in a very honest and transparent manner. Then we saw Ruby, who took great care of us throughout the paperwork portion and ordered us lunch on the house. Up next we had the pleasure of spending some time with Ray, who walked us through the financing, service plans, and optimal use of our money in tackling a variety of debts and other financial goals; I can say his financial advice was so invaluable, it felt like we paid for a top class financial advisor who chose to throw in car for free at the end. Lastly, Ray's son Arman was a fantastic host while we awaited the approvals, even letting us eat at his desk at one point when the lounge was full of other eager customers. Note that they recommend making an appointment rather than showing up unannounced in order to ensure timely customer service. This place is a gem and will soon become a staple in the auto community in Central Virginia. Do yourself a favor and look no further than AutoFanatics for your next purchase!
