This was very much worth the drive. I drove all the way from Roanoke to see a car at this place and it was hands down one of the best dealerships I’ve dealt with. Harvey helped me out and was very chill and didn’t pressure me at all. the managers John and Ray were super kind and helpful. I ended up buying a 2021 Honda civic and it was exactly what I was looking for. No surprises and no bs. If you’re lookin for a solid used car and want to deal with real honest folks then you should check em out.

Harvey and the guys at auto fanatics were great during my wife and I purchase of a Toyota Tacoma this past week. Very helpful from the start and not pushed to do anything like other dealerships do. Great buying experience and will come back in the future for sure.

The salesman didnt try to push me into buying a car more expensive than I came for he even let me see all the cars I wanted as well as drive them. The rest of the team ensured to treat me with courtesy and help me to speedily get through the process of signing. I was provided with information so I may make informed decisions throughout my buying experience. Thank you

Our experience traveling from 2 hrs away in Maryland was worth it. There are often stigmas about dealerships and “smaller” ones. However, I was forced to challenge my own bias because the customer service, intentionality to ensure our comfort and understanding of the process, and overall great experience was beyond what I expected. If you’re on the fence or unsure about purchasing from Auto Fanatics do yourself the favor of moving forward with them. I would strongly recommend purchasing from here. I very much liked not feeling as rush or another sale quota like a carmax or mainstream dealer!

Traveled from Baltimore to work with a fantastic team at Auto Fanatics to purchase my new vehicle. The car buying process is already a tough one to navigate as is but the experience had was top tier here from the moment I stepped in, I was greeted warmly. The fine details were explained thoroughly and in terms I could understand in my decision making process in buying an out of state vehicle. The team worked with me on my trade in, and even got me great financing, warranty and rate that beat my own current approval. There was a large inventory of quality cars and the car fax reports were free to aid my search. Many thanks to the team who are small but mighty! I would recommend this dealer over any big warehouse names as they truly personalize their interactions and are passionate of getting the best car to fit their clientele.
